Please, send your prayers for these horses, which two of our dedicated members are moving to safety this morning. These poor souls have a 1-1/2 hr trailer ride ahead of them. Thank you very much in advance for your continued support.

Belle still needs your help

This is Belle, a 2 year old mustang mare, S.C.A.R.E.'s newest intake. She was in a chain link dog kennel with a blind mini mare when we found her. As you can see, she needs a LOT of groceries. S.C.A.R.E.'s donations have dropped so much with the economy and we have been relying a lot on private funds. Every day we get notified of more horses in need but we simply can not take them in without the funding to feed them. If everyone could just reach in your pocketbook and give whatever you can, it would help so much. Literally, every dollar helps. All donations are tax deductible. SCARE will assist in the investigation of equine abuse and/or neglect cases in South Carolina and will provide responsible foster/adoptive homes and quality rehabilitative care for equines in need.
