South Carolina Awareness and Rescue for Equines

In true rescue, you really don't get to pick and choose the horses that reach out in need. Some of these rescues will be rehabbed to become wonderful ambassadors for their species. Some will come to you sound, with past training that will allow you to safely place them in homes where they become the family trail horse, child's horse, etc. Yet some of them come to you so physically and/or emotionally scarred, that they require permanent sanctuary. A safe haven where they will be loved and cared for in spite of their infirmities. They need us the most, and more often than not, are the most expensive to care for. The horses in this section desperately need your support and donations to live out their days in the safety and security of our sanctuary.
