South Carolina Awareness and Rescue for Equines

Charlie, another rescue from Laurens County, is a Quarter Horse / Arabian X Gelding, approximately 18 years of age. Charlie came to S.C.A.R.E. together with Il-Tschi & Kachina. He was emaciated and has an old eye injury. Charlie was placed into permanent Foster Care with S.C.A.R.E. member Penny Lillis.
